Dana Niblack
Landscape Designer
From crafting intimate garden rooms to designing expansive outdoor gathering spaces, I am passionate about collaborating with clients to create landscapes that are beautiful, functional, resilient, and easy to maintain. My earliest memories—dancing in cherry blossom "snow" and savoring ripe pears in my grandmother’s Seattle garden—inspire my mission to design spaces where clients can create their own cherished memories while supporting the natural world around them. With a background in client service, operational management, and software design, I bring expertise in managing budgets and projects of all sizes.
Chelsea Shipp

Photographer
With a background in professional photography, painting and drawing, I bring a distinct artistic perspective to every project. Whether you’re seeking to refresh an existing garden or completely reimagine your outdoor space, I design with a keen eye for beauty, color, harmony, and ecological sustainability. My goal is to collaborate with clients to create outdoor environments that enhance their property, while supporting local wildlife and maintaining harmony with nature. Together, we can craft a landscape that reflects your vision and maximizes the potential of our stunning Puget Sound environment.
Kristin Stubbs
Landscape Designer
My childhood was spent building treehouses and following my parents around our vegetable garden. This is where the beauty of the natural world first took root in my soul. My love of nature, paired with my background in art, architecture, and metalsmithing sparked a lifelong passion for creativity. Now, as a landscape designer, I bring those same elements - color, texture, form, and sustainability - into my designs, creating spaces that not only meet the needs of my clients but also honor the environment. My work strives to connect people with nature by blending beauty and functionality in a way that enhances the landscape and supports local wildlife. After many years of creative exploration, I’ve found my true calling in designing landscapes that reflect the vibrant world we share.
Danielle Grafe
Landscape Designer
Whether exploring botanical gardens, neighborhoods near and far, or hiking through our beautiful Pacific Northwest, I immerse myself in the diverse array of plant life and landscape styles. I continually draw inspiration from nature’s patterns and forms. I believe that a well-designed landscape is more than just a visual treat. It’s a space that nurtures well-being, fosters joy and creativity, encourages social interaction, and adds significant value to a property and to our lives. By leveraging my horticultural expertise I strive to deliver custom-tailored designs that meet both functional and aesthetic goals. This is my passion and my profession.
Ian Schleh
Landscape Designer
I am inspired by the beauty of the natural world. My design approach is informed by the balance and harmony I see in the wild spaces; the rhythm of the seasons, the ebb and flow of plant interactions, and the sense of wonder we all find so compelling when surrounded by nature. As a horticulturalist, I believe naturalistic planting design is entering its golden age. This form of using the organic template we see in our surroundings and optimizing it for our own spaces has certainly captured my imagination as a designer. My goal is to truly understand client desires well in order to bring beauty to your home and create design solutions that work for people, plants and ecosystems.
